Dodgeball Tournament
Each semester Salybia holds a dodgeball tournament as a fundraising event to help further the organization's mission. This semester eleven teams, including two faculty teams, took part in the competition.
In the double elimination tournament, team “Your Next Big Loss, Bang Bang” climbed from the loser's bracket after two defeats to face the then-undefeated “Wifebeaters”. In the final rounds, after two consecutive victories against the “Wifebeaters”, “Bang Bang” won first place, claiming the 150 EC$ winnings.
Thanks to the generosity of the all the participants, we were able to raise 800 EC$ to put towards serving the Carib community.
